World Of Warcraft Is Intense!

So this weekend is Warsong Gulch double-honor weekend in World of Warcraft. Everybody and their mothers were queueing up for Warsong Gulch Battlegrounds hoping to farm that honor like the good little addicts that they are. I should know: I am one.

Here's a little audio clip of a Hordeling on Ventrilo showing just how intense these guys take the game. (For a quick review, Warsong Gulch is pretty much a capture the flag game.)

    I finally listened. I've ranted like that to my brother after getting stomped in WSG.

    "WTF?!? I see them coming across the field! I look back, and I have five guys at my back, so I charge. I get there, and I'm getting slammed by three of them. Three on six, they're creamed! I look, back, AND ALL FIVE OF THEM are gone! To god knows where! Not fighting the hordies, that's for sure!"

    Oh, and Crent is selling Free Action Pots on Aggramar. Swiftness potions, too. I like to camp the fleg room with him, grab the flag when it get reset, hit a free action, head down the tunnel, sprint at the first sight of opposition, and if it has cooled down before I get back, hit a swiftness pot for the last leg.

    That's as much fun as simply SW:Pain and mindflaying everything in sight with my priest from behind a shield.

    I know people that will re-spec for WSG. Then there are the speed enchants to boots and free action and swiftness pots that you talk about, too.

    I just go in there with my usual spec, no special nothing. I really cannot justify spending 50g to respec every month or so when these double-honor weekends come around.

    Yeah, no point in respecing. It's real easy to justify farming the Loch and Westfield (or whatever it is called) for the mats for a few pots. And my rogue is always going to want more speed and agility. And I'm already poison heavy.

    You guys on a PvP Server R? I don't know if I asked that before. We took out Vael a few weeks back. I am not into PvE really, more in it for melting faces.

    I'm on PvP, yes. Grats on Vael. We ventured into BWL last weekend and tried Razorgore. Took him down to 54% or something.
